hump day is Wednesday because it's in the middle of the week. Leap year is February 29th, which only comes once every four years. This year, February 29th was a Wednesday. To celebrate Leap Year, you could leap into the air. To celebrate hump day, you jump over the hump. So much leaping could definitely throw your back out.
