But creativity isn't something that can be taught. It can be harnessed, sure, but it really has a lot more to do with self-discovery and exploration than actually being taught.

I know it can't really be taught to be creative, but I found that in school it's mostly taught to follow certain rules, stay within these boundaries, and don't go outside this box. Students don't get the chance to fully explore being creative

It is more of putting restrictions of creativity than not being taught it. Because many kids have it but are told to follow a certain guideline, so it is more of just restrictions

I had a teacher that creativity was part of the rubric of all her projects. There was barely anyway I could get the most points in that category even if I made an unicorn made of melted Big Wheels riding a mix of a bird and a fish which is made of Einsteinium in a sea of those balls that are in ball pits with two suns, one rising and one setting with two moons, one setting and one rising with the Aurora Lights I believe they are called..
