And if you get arrested for stealing food, you should be allowed to eat it in the back of the police car. It's not like they can resell it anyway, and as long as the cops take pics or you sign something for evidence, I don't see why you shouldn't be allowed to eat it.

Honestly, I don't see why people who feel the need to break the law and endanger others should get very many rights at all.

Right? It's like, "well, this is probably going to end up being one of the worst nights of your life, so drink up!" At least the drunk person would pass out sooner, in that case.
