+569 We spend quite a large amount of time online, going through different websites and pages and forums. We are all Internet Explorers. This whole time, we've only been hating ourselves, amirite?

We are __i__nternet __e__xplorers. We hate __I__nternet __E__xplorer. The capitals make all the difference.

It's a joke...?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Why should we listen to you? You're just a fetus.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

No? Is it not a joke? Are they being //deadly// serious?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

They're not wearing the hat, they exist with a hat on a part that would develop into a head. They are human, but not people. Human is genetic, people is social. There is a difference. And that would make Marshall's trucker hat baby fear possible.

I had to read that twice and then felt stupid.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I don't hate Internet Explorer.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Are you older than 60?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

I am pretty sure I have exited longer than the number 60. But, regarding the hating of IE, I don't get it, and I'm pretty certain neither do a lot of people. Internet Explorer is something that it's cool to hate but only a handful of people actually know why. As far as I am concerned, you can browse the internet with it, sort of like you can Firefox, Chrome and Safari. It can take me to pretty much any page on the whole internet, which is more or less what I use internet browsers to do.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

It's just that it's so basic and slow that it's so hard to deal with. The only thing it's good for is downloading google chrome.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

It gets all of the hate that it does because people are judging it based on it's previous versions, much in the same way that people think "Friendship is Magic" is garbage because all of the previous My Little Pony generations were garbage. The newest version of IE is actually as quick as the "cool" browsers are. The only problem is that it doesn't have a good design or extra features.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

For the first time in my life someone has told me what they actually hate about Internet Explorer without saying "Well... It's just so **bad**" Thank you.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

For the record, I was talking to Anthony there. IE is barely slower than the other browsers and its name isn't exactly a reason for the fact that everyone hates it so much.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

It does what I want, and I know Anthony just went on a rant about how people don't care about animation and they waste developers time, but there are things IE can do that other browsers can't. Like view my school website. Especially on Safari. You can't see any of the buttons or transitions.

Internet Explorers on a Safari, looking at wild Mozilla Firefoxes through our Chrome binoculars... We might not get home in time for the Opera though.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

You must get so much ass with lines like that

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Yeah, I'm a RealPlayer.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Sure, you can be an Internet Explorer. But you know what they say; Chrome wasn't built in a day.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

When in Chrome, do what the Chromans do.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

There's no place like Chrome.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Chrome is where the heart is. I had to.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

If I hear one more chrome pun I swear I'll burn your chrome to the ground.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

No they don't. They don't say that.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Still better than AOL's shit browser.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Now, now, we're not giving Internet Explorer enough credit. It's the best browser for downloading viruses.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

And downloading other browsers.

I've used IE all my life so I am really used to it, and since I used Mozilla at school I'm okay with it too, but I really don't like using the others. I like IE's simplicity. And it's pretty much the same as Mozilla imo, except I don't like how Mozilla downloads stuff, but Mozilla makes websites look nicer/sleeker. To each their own, I guess.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

IE at your home, Mozilla at your school? Jeez, completely opposite to me.
