+273 It's just wrong for a person in their mid-twenties to introduce their fourteen-year-old brother to alcohol and weed and give them full access to it. Amirite?

Alcohol, definitely. No question. Weed is a different story. That's a purely ethical and moral decision. I personally don't agree with people so young smoking weed, but it's not going to damage the body or cause any lasting problems like alcohol would.

Actually up until about eighteen years of age, the brain is still developing at high rate and it's best not to smoke before that point. Afterwards, smoke on! Drinking however should be moderated if at all.
