-105 As a skinny boy trying to gain weight for athletics, it kind of sucks how most food companies are making lower calorie foods. Why not make a high and low calorie product, amirite?

you, my friend, are a minority.

Not really. I've seen a lot of guys at my school do the exact same thing. Now if he was a hispanic asian man with blond hair, he'd be a minority.

I've seen a lot of black people, they're still a minority.

A high and low calorie product? lolwut

If you're a dude trying to gain weight for //athletics//, wouldn't you be trying to build up MUSCLE mass instead of FAT? Protein shakes, man, not cheeseburgers.

Muscle Milk. Take it like a man.

Eating sugary fat foods isn't the way to gain weight for sports, kid.

I never directly meant that foods like pop tarts or such should have more calories. The direction I meant to take this was that instead of a product with lower calories, they should make one with natural, muscle and weight gaining ingredients, like nuts or fruits or some meats as a substitute for sugary foods

I wish I had your problem... haha.

I am in the same boat sir. Being skinny sucks when you wanna play contact sports :(

protein bars and muscle milk, but dieting is kind of important for gaining muscle, but you need to put in the work when you exercise to get muscle mass. unless you want to get fat, then just eat alot
