Yeah at this point the storyline is a bit frozen.

Yeah the first one was pretty epoch, but all the sequels aren't as cool

Yeah, this newest one seems like they took every black celebrity they could find and made them a mammoth.

I don't think they understand that all the little kids that went to see the first movie in theaters and were super obsessed with it are grown up now. And Ice Age isn't really like Toy Story or Harry Potter in the way that it invites back its original audience.

I was super obsessed with the first one when it came out and now, all these years later, I'm still excited to see the newest one. My little brother is as well, so while not all of their original audience is as excited to keep seeing the new movies as I am, they've still got the younger generation of today that's excited to see it; as long as they get their money, do you really think they care WHO sees it?
