i was going into a crazy thought of who exactly decided that there are 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, and 24 hours a day. One may want to say "it takes 24 hours for the earth to rotate" but who decided to take that length of time, and divide it into 24 hours? mind-blowing.
