People are people --- sometimes they suck, sometimes they rule! It's one universal thing about people that transcends just about every culutral and linguistic barrier. You always hear people saying things like "oh, the people in Thailand are WONDERFUL", or "oh, I loved it in Colorado, the people were so NICE!". On the other hand, some Thai people sell girls into sex slavery and some people in Colorado shoot up cinemas and high schools. So what can we conclude from this? That no matter where you go there are good and bad people. I can't believe anyone is still surprised by that fact, haha.

I'm probably going to get a lot of hate, but you really can't blame them for taking away civil rights. I mean of course we know it's wrong now, but if you put yourselves in their shoes, you see that they only knew them as people from a far away land that looked very different and were always treated as property. It's not easy to adjust immediately after only knowing that your whole life.

That's no reason for YOU to feel guilty about anything. You do know that for every white person doing something terrible there was also another or even 10 more doing wonderful things, right? And for every person of any other ethnicity who was wronged, there are others doing equal wrong. You think that black people, or asians, indians etc were all lovey-dovey and perfect to each other all the time? I don't even know where to BEGIN on how shit people all around the world have been to each other over the past 7,000 years.

You're right. Every group, whether it's a class, country, religion, occupation,etc. had bad and good people in it. I do know that other races had issues,i just feel in some cases they stooped the evil long before white people.

Are you kidding? The Chinese are crap to their own kind RIGHT NOW! And what about the crazy evil stuff the Japanese were up to during the second world war, and the fact that old conservatives in japan wanna keep denying it all. What about people like Mugabe, Kim Jong Il, Gadaffi, Idi Amin, Saddam Hussein, Hafez and Basahar Al-assad. These are all non-whites who are/were up to SO much evil. And as for whites "Stopping" the evil - it WON'T stop, people will always have evil among them because people are capable of evil. It's really THAT simple. Attempting to find a race connection is both illogical and a total waste of time.
