+259 Celebrities aren't "style icons." It's easy to look good when you're rich, amirite?

Most celebrities, in my eyes, don't look that great fashion-wise. Nothing they wear ever stuns me.

I was looking at designer clothes today and I was thinking, "Were you drunk when you made this?"

Most of them have stylists that pick out their clothes anyways.

Some are trend-setters though. I know a while ago this one actress wore a statement piece, and now statement pieces are all the rage. And where do you think the Lauren Conrad braid came from?

I didn't know there was a Lauren Conrad braid.

It's a braid that's tucked underneath some hair, nothing fancy.,

Yes! I particularly don't get why Kate Middleton or Michelle Obama would be considered fashion icons. They wear pretty simple, tame/ classy clothes, and I bet they have stylists or people advising them what to wear. Looking back at Jackie Kennedy, though, she seemed more like an icon to me.

I agree with the first part. I find it so annoying how on TV everyone is all, "Oh look at that dress by so-and-so designer that Michelle Obama is wearing. It is fashion forward, and the rest of america will soon follow. She is representing the women of America," while i'm just sitting there like, "that is a plain green dress...what are you talking about?"
