-129 No matter what happens or how bad they may actually be, you always sympathize for the main character/s, amirite?

I'm not sure about always, but that's usually the case. My favorite novel, A Clockwork Orange, is a pretty good example. Alex is a down right rotten human being but you just can't help feeling bad for him in the end. That and he's a bad ass.

Yeah that's a GREAT example, perfect in fact.

If they deserve it then they deserve it.

Also, quick grammar nazi moment - "you always sympathize with", not 'for'. You could say 'Feel sympathy for'. But you use the verb so it should be "with"

I watched a horror film with a little girl in it, it was so bad and she was such a bitch, I was actually sort of hoping she died.
