Don't complain about your relationship, if you continue to be in it, amirite?

My friend complained about her relationship about a month before she broke up with her boyfriend.
It's just being decisive. She liked him a lot beforehand, and then he started getting sort of clingy, which really doesn't work for her, and it was just hard for her to decide.
As long as you're not the type to rant about your boyfriend and then get insulted when someone questions why you're together, I don't mind.

Yeah I get that. I'm talking about those really annoying couples who all they do is complain.

When all they do is complain, they're looking for help most likely.

Or to get attention.

Or, to get help.
I don't know why they would complain about their relationship for attention when they could complain about their appearance.

Because they complain on person... He treats me like shit. Blablab

Then they're asking you for help! They want to be encouraged to break up with them. Maybe they're unsure.

Then you tell them to break up& they deserve better, & they stay together. And then keep complaining. That's not askin for help.

Yes, it is. They need to be pushed because they're unsure of what to do and they're not sure if it's worth staying together or breaking up.
Relationships are hard. You think it's just as simple as, "Well, I don't like them. I guess I'll just break up with them." It takes time and thought and sometimes the input of others, which is where you come in.
