Not really, that's what YOLO says. Getting wasted isn't equivalent to having a good time. It's saying if you're getting wasted you're not wasting your time, having a good time while being wasted is implied but if you're wasted all the time and you need to be wasted to have a good time then I disagree with the lyric.

I understand this probably means ordering enough drinks to get wasted, but I think it's okay to go and order one or two drinks every night. Yeah, it would get expensive, but it can be a good way to socialize.
