Except you have to remember that while you're learning it in class right now, your parents haven't learned about in years.

Well, this post was sort of personal for me, seeing that neither of my parents finished school, and when I get less than a 90 average I'm grounded. I say bullshit. Worse part is, they abash my learning skills and say how easy it is when they didn't even figure it out years ago.

I'm sure they're just so hard on you because they want you to have a better life than they did. Neiter of my parents went to college and they pushed on me all the time to get good grades and go. I think they're just really worried and dont know how to express it so they get angry and ground you instead.
