From what pretty much everything I've heard about the movie, they pretty much tore the book to pieces and then put it back together like some horrific paper mache parody.

ok i will admit, that movie was much less entertaining then i thought it would be. but as for the rest of them, they are beautiful peices of art, anyone who liked this post would agree =D

You seriously need to watch some actually decent films. Tim Burton is widely regarded as one of the most overrated directors in Hollywood.

While I do agree that they are good movies, it is annoying that Tim Burton could direct a movie of Johnny Depp taking a poo and it could make millions JUST because of the fact that its those 2 involved.
