Everyone...well...most people at least i'm sure are most nostalgic about their childhood so whatever decade they grew up in they are going to think is the best. It's just elitism is all. Young adults these days were born in the 90's and are slowly being fleshed out by the younger ones of the 2,000's and are trying to act superior in their standards and ways because, "oh, the 90's were obviously the best years ever since i grew up in the 90's so i should know". Succinctly, every generation thinks their childhood decade is the best.
