I'd say I'm below average in almost everything in my life. Other people have had lifetimes to perfect things that I've only just discovered.

Almost every single person on Earth fits this statement. It's impossible to be proficient in every aspect and skill that exists. I was looking at stuff from Malcolm Gladwell. In his book Outliers, he mentions that no single person can call themselves a 'self made man' and that to become masterful in a skill, a minimum of 10,000 hours is needed to accomplish that level. http://www.amirite.com/752985-its-better-to-be-moderately-skilled-in-many-things-than-it-is-to-be-extremely-skilled-in-just-a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polymath http://goinswriter.com/jack-of-all-trades/
