Wrestling is by far the most tiring sport. It has the most difficult combination of power strength, endurance, and respiratory shape. Boxing is close because a match lasts longer, though.

swimming is definitely the most tiring sport (for those who dont agree, go swim an 800 sprint. Try that) it works every muscle in your body. If you think swimming's easy, you've obviously never been to a 2 hour swim practice.

5 minutes of wrestling is way much more tiring (mentaly and physicly) than 10 minutes of swimming

Synchronized swimming is even harder since we don't get to breathe when we want to. We do what speed swimmers do for a warm-up.

wrestling may be hard, but you should go to one of your high schools swim practices and do what your peers are doing. you wouldnt last 5 minutes.

you can't breathe in water like you breathe on land and recovery is much slower

Wrestling is so much harder, i did both in high school and swimming was nothing compared to the physical intensity of wrestling, from the outside it looks very easy but when your actually doing it, going hand to hand against someone as big as you its just terribly tiring. by the end of the first period which it only 2 minutes you are huffing and puffing like crazy, and you still have 2 more. so all you swimmers that say that is harder, come try to wrestle.
