Sleeping would be kinda challenging? And there would be all types of prejudices towards you, because you're "different" and, as a common theme throughout history, many people don't like new "types of people". Yes I know, I know I'm being an extreme pessimist and only listing the bad things, and I basically sucked all the fun out of this post, but still. Personally I would hate to have 8 arms.
