Has dicho "tu madre", eso es como decir "your mom" en inglés, ¿mi madre... qué? No tiene sentido. Hubiera tenido sentido si hubieras añadido algún insulto después de "tu madre"...

Ud. is a subject pronoun...you'd say "su madre." But if you're insulting someone you'd probably use informal "tu"...
