by Anonymous 13 years ago

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. lool. i thought you were like reffering to like, the north of america...(canada) or the south of america (the states) but I get it now..pretty clever (: lol

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Umm, south of America is Mexico.....

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The person is talking about the continents. America is a continent. There's North America and South America.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I know, I get the post, but if you read what Mika44 said you'll get my post.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Nop, Antarctica

by Anonymous 13 years ago

What?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

South of America is Antarctica :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe south of SOUTH America, but south of America is still Mexico

by Anonymous 13 years ago

America does not equal United States

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If you're being serious, you're an idiot.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

So you would say: "In North America we have Mexico, Canada and America"?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Uh, yeah (and Central America). America is a completely legitimate name for the USA.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

South of America is Antartica. I was born in Colombia which is in South America so technically I'm American just like anybody else who was born in north, south or central America

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah and if I asked you where you were from you'd definitely say "America." Don't be a smart alec, America is the name of a country, North and South America are the names of continents.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The United States of America is the only country on earth with the word AMERICA in it's name. Therefore it can be called America. It isn't that hard of a concept to understand.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Not really. It's the United States of [Insert continent on which the states are]. So calling it America is incorrect but since Americans have biggest egos around they just claim the whole continent.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't think you're really being fair...China is called the People's Republic of China but is just referred to as China. And Americans (that is, U.S. residents) are called Americans partially for historical reasons. Also, I'm American and I don't think I have a particularly large ego...it's so unfair to make those generalizations about an entire country comprised of millions of people. We're not all the same. :/

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Won't argue it'll just be pointless i was just stating that thing that was on my mind

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Central America?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

lmao they totally forgot about that one

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The only time North or South America are properly referred to as simply "America" is in certain education systems when they are grouped together as one continent. By that logic, it's either referring to both or neither (The USA is often shortened to "America", as I'm sure I don't need to tell you.)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hahaha people still didnt answer the quetion about which continent to blow up
