Nope, people hated Twilight when they heard that Edward sparkles in sunlight instead of combusting, only for the bad of society. Stupid stalker, disco-ball, abnormal, non-vampire vampire.

sorry, OP, but people started hating twilight while they were reading the books. Stephanie meyer makes more grammar mistakes than an immigrant cleaning lady.

I didn't like the books much while I was reading them, I only kept reading out of curiosity to see how the story ends. I started hating it when the movie came out, with all those tweets bugging you about how cute vampires are, you get sick of it and start hating it eventually.
