Sadly both. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder and I worry no matter what is going on. I can say today I am better today that I used to be.

I feel like people who have no concept of what's really scary in the world get scared of like ghosts and spooky skeletons like thats what they think is scary like oh not war fammine, making ends meet, the boss warning you its your last chance in a job you need badly, sickness, loss, no.... here's some spooky skeletons and a bat!! ooooooo
