Everyone is created equal. Doesn't matter how smart or how beautiful/handsome. Everyone should be treated equally.

"Should" and "is" ain't on speaking terms.

No...everyone is not created "equal". That is simply a fact.

Everyone, in a truly civilized society, would have equal opportunity (equal results not guaranteed), and be equal before the law. We do not, however, live in such a society.

Equal would mean no gets preferential treatment, Including politicians being on the same health care they foist on us or colleges wouldn't be allowed to "make up" for past behavior in their selection process. Will the day come that
a robot will take all input and make decisions on the facts and nothing else?

Everyone should have equal rights under the law. No one is actually created equal and not everyone should be treated the same. I treat people according to the way they treat others. If they show disrespect then I return the favor. If they are a good person and show respect to others, I show respect to them.

Everyone is created with the same God given, inalienable rights, so everyone must be treated as equal under the law. But not everyone is equal in ability or equally valuable to society, that's just reality. There is a scale there that goes something like [dangerous, costly, unproductive, marginally valuable, valuable, highly valuable] If you're a talented surgeon, you are much more valuable to society than if you're a thief. Depending on your politics, you might find this concept offensive, but deep down, you know it's the truth.
