She's obviously a headcase. Quarantine would be logisitcally impossible; there will be new unknown cases moving into the state that would continue to be a threat - quarantine those and others will follow behind them, and so on and so on, ad infinitum. Senseless!

Very definitely. The emotional and financial ramifications to those sequestered (and their families) would seem criminal; quarantine them so they're no longer employed and there'd be hell to pay all around.
