+534 Don't blame the fast food industry and internet for being fat. They didn't FORCE that Big Mac down your throat, or tie you to a chair in front of a computer. Take responsibility for your own bad judgment, amirite?

but they did get you hooked on fast food because they put ingredients in it that make you want to get more like with drugs. If you are poor and grow up where it's the only affordable food within your community, it's not your fault. People who can afford to get expensive food and go to the gym are not the fat ones.

You don't need a gym to work out. Just throw on shorts and a shirt and jog around the neighborhood. I eat fast food, but I can control my intake.

I know. I work out 7 days a week and eat 1,300-1,500 calories a day and I never ever ever eat fast food. But I still weigh 15 pounds more than I should. That's what I mean. It's not just that people eat the fast food, it could be that they have a slow metabolism or an overactive thyroid; it isn't always their fault.

For some people, it isn't their fault. But if it is, they shouldn't blame fast food or internet.
