So in world war 2, we should have let Britain and France lose the war by not coming to their aid with reinforcements and TONS of war supplies. We should have let Germany win the war and create a regime of terror and genocide? You are naive if you think the arsenal of democracy would even chance letting that happen in the world

haha their own interests, with Germany controlling Europe they would cut off trade then look to take Asia where America would have no hope of winning. I'm not naive, I look at all the facts. The war on terror, my ass, it's the war for oil

Certain wars we are needed, certain wars we are not. The Iraq war we were not. That was just Bush finishing up his daddy's mess. The war in Afghanistan on the other hand...we should have stayed there instead of going to Iraq, that's where the freaking Taliban was and Al-Qaeda, but hey let's get out of the country where the people who bombed us are hiding out.*GWB is the most idiotic president we'll probably ever have* But you know the second one country is in trouble, everybody looks to America to fix it and help out. Look how much shit we got when Haiti was in trouble after the earthquake and certain countries thought we didn't give enough aid. Even though our own economy had just tanked, like we had any money to give.

i guess, but i mean America gets so much shit for not pulling out of Iraq, pointless deaths, etc. i understand if they attack us, we do something about it, we win or lose then get back to life. But after 9/11 we attack Iraq and then attempt to set a stable government? i say an Eye for an Eye, not "eye for an eye then help the other person get a replacement eye"

i agree completely. it pisses me off that everyone is so quick to criticize us, and we are hated by more than half the world. but the second something tragic happens, everyone looks to us to fix it. it's kinda like that person that everyone knows that talks bad about you and doesn't actually talk to you unless they need something from you.

i agree with that anon bloke. some wars need help, like WW2. but the "iraq war" wasnt necessary to get involved in, america just wanted teh oil bra. i support america for entering WW2. vietnam too was kinda lame, if they wanna be communist let them. dont get involved just becoz of a different government setting.

War is meant to reduce the population of our already over-popuated planet by killing off the bottom feeders. Look at who dies in most (not all) wars: the poor, the uneducated, and in the most modern case, the religious nuts (on all sides)
