Redheads, Blondes and Brunettes. What do you call people with black hair? Blackheads, Blacks, Blackettes? Those just sound offensive. amirite?

Why do we have to use labels? If you label me, you negate me. Can't we just be people?

I actually find it funny that people want to be so different and "not labelled" that they resort to such ridiculous posts like this. No offence, but saying what your hair color is called is not labeling you, it's telling you what hair color you have.

I agree, I don't know why people get so uptight about "judging" people and "labeling" people. It's human nature :/ everyone does it. And commenting you about the color of your hair isn't a bad or negative thing, it's just a fact.

It's not labeling honestly. It's just saying what do you call people with black hair... Okay that sounds like labeling, but honestly there is NOTHING negative about this type of "labeling". Buzz off. It's easier to say, look at the redhead over there, instead of "look at that person over there". The latter is TOO general.

My hair is all black, i don't know why you'd think no one can have all black hair... and about other comments, i see nothing wrong with something like ginger, but when it comes to stuff like firecrutch and stuff like that, i do think it's meant in an offensive way... at least in some way to tease the person, so not cool... and lets admit, if a negroe person hears the word black describing a person they do tend to think about racsism... so the discussions can go either way depending on people's mood... yikes... X_x

1- I would hardly say that someone's hair color is a "label", it's simply an observation. 2- People can, in fact have black hair. Black hair has the largest amount of eumelanin.
