I wouldn't donate to charity because I'll lose about 30-40% to taxes, if not more

Considering all the crap that happens to people who win the lottery, it seems like the smartest option. Put aside a bit to make sure you can pay the bills, get a couple things you've really been wanting but can't afford, then get rid of the rest of it as fast as possible.
