About me.
New account:

Mostly because my old one was linked with Facebook, and I was tired of exiting out of the stupid pop-ups asking me if I wanted to post stuff to my page.

Hello SalientK, I am not a taco.

Yeah you seem like a nice guy who is intelligent, mod-worthy.

You should be a moderator.

Is your name based off of the band Relient K?

Really? You probably didn't read all my profile, but I'm unusually interested in classics for my age, so of course I've heard of Fahrenheit 451, the temperature at which paper burns. I don't really remember authors though, so...The classics I've been planning to read next is The Catcher in the Rye. Or maybe Grapes of Wrath, partly because I still remember one of my teacher's favorite book, the Grapes of Math, lol.
I've only read the books for younger readers by Jack London, Call of the Wild and White Fang. Tell me how the Iron Heel is and I'll add it to my to-read list!

Oh that's more difficult then, looking for a particular style of writing...I thought you meant a particular subject or genre. Sadly, I've never read books by those authors...I thought I could recommend something to you, because if you couldn't tell from my profile...I (word stronger than love) books.
And yupp, talking about that series. I started reading it several years back, in elementary school, and it's still one of my favorites. And I don't know if it's written in the style you wanted, but have you read The Hunger Games? I know it's one of the fad books right now >.< But I liked it before the fad, and it reminds of slightly of the Shadow Children, with the whole alternate government/comfortable with killing children/ rebellion thing.

Hello :) I did actually click your profile because I thought it had something to do with Relient K...thanks for teaching me a new vocab word.
How can you possibly not like books?? Even if you have an obscure taste, there are books about EVERYTHING. What kind of books do you like that you rarely find?

I love Ingrid Michaelson, The Postal Service, and Death Cab for Cutie.

Hi. You said you liked Florence and the Machine, and I like all those creepy indie bands too.

Yeah it is.
