Although, knowing more does not necessarily have to be true. If you work consistently and efficiently, without slacking off; I think it's a good recipe for success. That being said, one should never stop learning, especially in the fields they work in. Utilize your resources and be on the constant road of improvement and growth. Take the initiative, don't wait to be told to do something, especially if you feel you've nothing else to do.

I have known some successful people, and they usually do not know why they were successful. They only know it took a lot of effort, so if the system didn't work for another guy, they assume he must be lazy.
