Applying make up is an art. You have to practice to make it perfect. More is not better. Less is best is what I tell people. People should have to guess if you have it on.

I don't understand why some women wear make-up to the gym. It's just going to melt when you start sweating and after you're done working out, you'll have to shower and reapply it. Seems like a waste of make-up to me, especially when you're not going to the gym to be seen - you're going to workout!!
