Weather is the state of the atmosphere, to the degree that it is hot or cold, wet or dry, calm or stormy, clear or cloudy. Weather generally refers to day-to-day temperature and precipitation activity, whereas climate is the term for the average atmospheric conditions over longer periods of time.

It never fails and there is nothing worse this time of year. Get all decked out in three layers of clothing. Snowsuit, boots, mittens, scarf and hat and head outside. Two minutes later you have to pee!

With it only being category one, the New England area is overreacting to the hurricane. Yes, it's nasty, but with many schools closing for the entire next two days, and people buying out entire stores (literally), it's just a hysteria at this point.
