Once again, that would kind of **** the OP of the repeated post out. As I said, there's noting we can do about it after that. What if you had a post with +400 or something still going strong to find out it was taken off of the homepage? Anyway, thank you for asking questions as it shows you're willing to learn and be a better user.

I say, if you see a repeat and you KNOW it's a repeat, feel free to report it. However the general rule for homepaged posts that I like to follow is that if it has more than 200 votes, we leave it be. How devastating would it be to have a post with +500 and then have it deleted for being a repeat. Those are just my opinions though and you might want to talk to another moderator if you have more questions.

Thank you for helping the cause and reporting the repeat posts. However the majority of the time, the mods choose not to delete them and simply press a button that makes it so that they will never be on the homepage. We do this to keep the people happy and not throwing a riot filled with angry mod hate. Once again, thank you. Most of the time it helps, and I will be deleting the ones you reported, however we had already come across those and made it so that they never go on the home page.
