I am not a pessimist or negative in times of highs and lows. This comes with lessons I learned and am learning.

Be a man/woman of integrity and look to bring out the best in one another

Hate and sorrow exist in this world and it is up to you and I to help keep others and ourselves out of that category to life.

If you are in a time of trouble, simply: accept it, learn from it, and look for the light to come.
