Maybe will power is a better word.. To be able to hang or shoot yourself probably takes more will power then telling some bully off..
And apparently people are praised far more when they kill themself then when they stand up for themself.

It's almost disgraceful that there is a point in a lack of physical attraction people will tell you you're beautiful out of pity, amirite?

I don't understand what her beauty or lack thereof has to do with **** anything. I don't look at her and think about whether she's beautiful or not, I look at her and see a sick little girl. Why do her looks even matter? Are we supposed to feel more sorry for a beautiful sick little girl than an ugly sick little girl?

Until I just read the name of the disease again, I couldn't remember it. And you know why? Because this whole awareness thing has been nothing but an anti-meme with people only arguing about whether she's pretty or not. The main **** point when all this started was to get people aware of the disease, but that hasn't been even remotely the focus for some time.

I know a lot of people truly care for this girl, but telling her she's pretty isn't going to do a damn thing to help her. For **'s sake, she's a sick child. Let that sink in for you. She's five years old and her life is near half way over. She might, maybe, just live to be 20. You think she gives a ** how she looks?

If you truly care, do something for her cause. Otherwise, just shut the **** up, because it doesn't make you a better person to pretend, it makes you worse.

No, I don't give in to peer pressure. Anyone who does that kind of thing is an idiot and won't get far in life.

The injuries they mentioned could severely interfere with work. Sitting at a desk? Nope, could further injure their spine/neck unless you wear a highly uncomfortable brace for 8 hrs and sit straight as a pin. Anything to do with walking? A slight misstep could possibly screw up their hips.
And the constant pain? You either get meds, which would be pricey if you didn't have them covered prior, or deal with the pain. Even if they WERE covered by insurance, you still have to pay. My sister's medical-examination birth control pills that were covered still cost us $15, and that is some basic medication.
The post was a bit exaggerated, but the concept of the illegals is still extremely unfair,

Ugh, I hate when people say "illegals" like illegal immigrants are less than people. Believe it or not, they are people, and want the same things as you (opportunites, healthy children, political freedom, etc.). They can't help it that they weren't as fortunate as you to be born in a country that provides all of that. Obviously, it would be better if all immigration happened legally, but the current system in place makes it nearly impossible to immigrate here legally without immediate family members as citizens. But I really don't see the huge deal about illegal imigration, when there are so much bigger issues at hand.

OK, "coughing when you walk buy". You don't really have to cough. You're just doing that to be obnoxious, and to make a statement about how smoking is "wrong" in your opinion. I can choose to smoke if I want, and the pollution from smoking is really nothing. Cars pollute, do you **** cough at drivers everytime they drive by, and bang on their windows telling them that "they are polluting the environment?" Cars aren't good for you either, you could get into a car accident and die! Do you feel the need to REMIND DRIVERS OF THIS? No. SMFH.

If you walk by me, I'm already standing here. You saw me. You could have stepped a foot or two over and not even been caught in the smoke. Let's stop treating smokers like immoral bastards, because it's really getting old. I have my reasons for smoking and the bottom line is I am aware it's not healthy but it helps with some emotional issues I have. If I'm a **** for trying to prevent panic attacks I don't even know how to reason with you people.

Sometimes if the smoke is blown right into my face I can't help coughing, it's not like I do it on purpose.
