On particulary rainy, cold, or scorching hot days my dad's police station picks up most of them and lets them stay the night in the jail, it's better than having them act out (for the post's reason) or suffer in the elements.

What if people really do see the things that they claim are ghosts, except they aren't really spirits or poltergeists? What if what they're really seeing is a chunk of time that got temporarily lost? So a girl could've been brushing her teeth in your bathroom 50 years ago but that time got mixed up and you're seeing it happen right now. It's not really happening, but you see it. That would be pretty creepy but insanely awesome, amirite?

You would be much more inclined to eat healthy if your stomach spoke. Like if you ate a salad for dinner you would hear, "Thanks buddy! Have a great day!". Better Solution*: Clear Australia of all humans. Send everyone with HIV there to live out their lives as normal, except isolated from the rest of the world. Eventually, the low life expectancy associated with a compromised immune system should gradually decrease their population until they die off. The money we currently use to treat them and actually help them can be the funds for their airfare. Assuming they don't die as expected, we will have nuclear bombs ready to finish them off; they won't even feel a thing.
*This solution is better in that it is more humane, not that it is a good solution
