Ok, I'll admit, we in the percussion section are just the ones who think we're really cool even though we aren't. And obviously, since we're awesome people!
But I lack creativity and can't name things. I have a cat named Fluffy if that adds to my point.
And damn, I'm glad you made me look that song up. Like seriously, THANK YOU. I listen to way more White Stripes than I listen to Raconteurs but that might be changing. God, that man.
And yeah, same! They were the couple of a century for me - I always get really REALLY invested in television shows and this was no exception.

WE SHOULD TOTALLY START A BAND. Haha and you have a good point, in normal bands the guitarists are the cool badass ones and the drummers are the mindless druggies. HOWEVER in school bands, the percussionists are definitely the rebels ;)
And I know right? He's like perfect (I get really passionate about musicians, if you can't tell haha). If I had an ounce of his talent I would be set for life. I've heard his solo stuff but truthfully not that much of it - I like what I do know of, though.
As for misfits, oh my god yes. I think most people started watching it because of Nathan actually haha, and then kept watching because of Simon and Alisha. My heart still hasnt gotten over the grief of that one yet.
