Those are good though I have had like half cooked and seafood with red sauce. Also, have you ever had a vegetable lasagna with red sauce it's not good at all

If someone puts cottage cheese in it, it's trash. I've seen this. It's trash. I'm not a food snob. Use bechamel. Use ricotta. I can even accept some canned sauce even if I wouldn't use it. But cottage cheese? As far as I'm concerned, that's a tragedy
