Guys it doesnt MEAN anything someone put a test post first to make sure it would come out right and they used Loren Ipsum which just generates a bunch of letters and spaces. They wanted to make sure the site worked. Jesus.
Guys, before you comment, maybe you should read the previous comments. It is a filler text. It's not Latin, it's gibberish. It's just a bunch of letters and spaces put together so you can pay attention to the graphic or layout instead of reading the text. It's used a lot for myspace layouts, so you'll pay attention to the actual layout, not what it says.
That reminded me of Dumbledore from the Potter Puppet Pals, in Wizard Swears. You know, the ancient, lost in the ages, Wizard Swear? Only without the English words.
I've taken Spanish since I was in first grade. It's really nice. If you know Latin, Spanish MIGHT be a breeze... I recently picked up a beginners book on Russian. I enjoy that too. I'm going to try to learn Russian too.
Oh my goodness, I got so used to Lorem Ipsum when I was on the Yearbook staff. Our online yearbook design thing used it. I swear I spent hours just erasing it all.
No one will ever read this. Alright did that drive them away... good. The baguette flys at dawn. we're breaking into whiskey hotel today. Charlie oscar delta mike lebowitz fitzgerald thundercats. Do you read me? Operation screaming liberty is a go! I repeat, do you copy!?
Is it weird that when I read the date on the post I thought "wow, amirite feels like it's been here for years", and only then realised that 09 was 2 years ago?
geez, time flies.
So I get this is the test post and the "words" don't mean anything and they're just pretty much randomly generated letters, but I was curious if "lorem ipsum" was also just randomly generated or meant/stood for something, obviously I don't really know about it and yes I have been reading those comments, but I don't know so...yeah
Are you sure you can do this, the instructions are in Spanish.
Yeah, but if you know latin then you know like 3 other languages too.
But you don't know Latin...
...

What documents say if they aren't filled with anything yet to make them seem full and finished. Like a template that is supposed to have text will most likely be filled with this.
Yeah, I have no idea how I got here but I'm overly confused any way, so I guess it doesn't even matter... Anyway, I was reminded of potter puppet pals so yup :)
Lol idk but some idiot said those are not real Latin words, they are dipshit and just a warning to anybody there is no Latin internet translator and to Anthony, I know the grammar but not all vocab can you give meanings for well actually I only know like 6 words of that nvm lol
Totally
I congratulate you on being the 1st person to comment on the 1st post.
I congratulate you for being the first to congratulate them.
I congratulate you for being the first to congratulate them to congratulate... wait, whaaaa?
i congratulate you on looking like you get confused after one repetition on the first post
I congr-Combo breaker!!!!!!
why did you vote this down :(
but thee have the 323rd comment
Could you repeat that?
how is the first comment of the first post #323
that means it wasn't the first comment. there were others but they have gotten deleted
it means that the first comment was commented on someone else's post. Comment #323 is the first comment on the first post.
My thoughts exactly.
I was totally going to say that too
Lol congrats!
Never trust online translators
I got "Welcome to Monday, to cancel reply. This is a free Read more". ?

This is gibberish. It is a test post. That is all.
I only recognize the words sit and integer, and those probably aren't meant to be in English.

That reminded me of Dumbledore from the Potter Puppet Pals, in Wizard Swears. You know, the ancient, lost in the ages, Wizard Swear? Only without the English words.
I take Latin :)
This isn't latin.
What do you know?
I know it's not latin. It's Lorum Ipsum. It's a filler text thats randomly generated, used as fillers in graphic programs.
I know what I'm talking about.
Oh, you mean like the random text that comes with the email stationary on a mac? And half the words are latin, the other have are gibberish?
That's pretty much it.
Oh, how interesting Mr. I know what i'm talking about
Way to be a month late, but your welcome.
**you're
Sorry, I don't spend all of my time on amirite like you
do you like latin?
(:-P): Nope! i take Latin 2 but I'm taking Spanish 1 next year
I've taken Spanish since I was in first grade. It's really nice. If you know Latin, Spanish MIGHT be a breeze... I recently picked up a beginners book on Russian. I enjoy that too. I'm going to try to learn Russian too.
haha cool :) Russian sounds interesting
Privet. Kak dela?
I HATE IT. IT IS A DEAD LAGUAGE.
It's not dead!! It's in a coma..
wait a second... so this text is meaningless?
No it just has no meaning... Note the sarcasm.
Woooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww, I've come to the realization that some people are quite dim...
oh, shut up all of you. geeze
These comments are hilarious
Dumbledore from PPP used Lorem Ipsum in the elder swear haha
♥
I know lorem ipsum because of the Elder Swear.
FROM POTTER PUPPET PALS. :D
Are you guys retarded.
No, I'm not retarted. But you must be to not know how to use a question mark properly.
Oh my goodness, I got so used to Lorem Ipsum when I was on the Yearbook staff. Our online yearbook design thing used it. I swear I spent hours just erasing it all.
I now understand this post. It was just a test post in random letters and words.
I clicked on next page and got this. WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME?
*saperman
....
After 10 minutes. I finally, made this comment using the 'redesigned' site.

THERE IS NO MEANING.
im favoriting this just cause its the first post on the homepage. lol
What's this doing in the "Just In" section? o.o

Ant you so silly

You might want to add a follow-up, as there is a link in "about amirite" to what a good example of a follow-up is.
I swear this had an author's note
Realized you had gotten rid of this valuable feature and intended to make a post of it
Um, I think you just did.
What is the point of commenting saying "no comment"?
(Billie Jean): Go back to MLIA.
Or just get off the Internet.
its like this
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Th...r_the_lazy_dog
"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" is a phrase that contains all of the letters of the alphabet.
It has been used to test typewriters and computer keyboards, and in other applications involving all of the letters in the English alphabet.
Due to its shortness and coherence, it has become widely known and is often used in visual arts.
"Guess what" is not really a question. It's a statement/exclamation and is undeserving of a question mark.
Dang you. Just...just dang you.
Well technically it does deserve a question mark because you are telling them to guess "what?" therefore deserving a question mark.
The reply "What?" deserves the question mark. The statement is it's own special thing which is not cool enough to get a question mark. Sorry.
well, you are telling them to guess "what?". The word "what" can only be interpreted as a question, therefore, deserving a question mark
guess what?! absolutely nothing.
@250452 (Anonymous): Guess the weather. chicken feather!
You make the world a better place, you know that?
hey
Lol integer.

Woah, post #1!
There weren't comments until the 144th post?!?!
For what? :P
I see that now... lol
oh god sorry about that, the cli version makes me comment on post 1
Is it weird that when I read the date on the post I thought "wow, amirite feels like it's been here for years", and only then realised that 09 was 2 years ago?
geez, time flies.
what about \"the pursuit of happiness\"?
It's weird how this is the first post ever, yet it has less votes than a lot of other ones.
So I get this is the test post and the "words" don't mean anything and they're just pretty much randomly generated letters, but I was curious if "lorem ipsum" was also just randomly generated or meant/stood for something, obviously I don't really know about it and yes I have been reading those comments, but I don't know so...yeah
This is quite a post. Either people get it, or they are too slow to understand it.
Does the downvote mean it didn't work?
Now I'm testing that thing with Super Mods.
You know... down there vvv
this is hilarious! :D

What on Earth is this???????????
What documents say if they aren't filled with anything yet to make them seem full and finished. Like a template that is supposed to have text will most likely be filled with this.
Wait, what?
It's a placeholder. For words. Documents. Essays. Yadda yadda.
OK
Yeah, and I never actually left the pinky space. Also, DAE think of Pinkie Pie?
That was the result of using the CLIt.
🎉
The 4 people who liked turtles on this page are Zombies.

Well, it's kinda pissing me off because every time you post a comment I get a notification.

I favorited this post so I get a notification every time someone comments.
No need to be bitchy about it. I am aware that I can turn it off, I choose not to. You are still an Amirite noob. Stop.

Well, I tried translating it. Mostly it is partially Latin, and it doesn't make any sense. So no, theyarenotrite
You guys are kinda dumb....this isn't latin its a filler code commonly used to demonstrate. not real words
This was not funny. At all.
It was a test, you idiot.
A not funny test.
WTF is rite!
someone just say what the latin part of the thing says.
You're not the only one, Dara.
So...what was the point in posting it?
im so confused...
Lol idk but some idiot said those are not real Latin words, they are dipshit and just a warning to anybody there is no Latin internet translator and to Anthony, I know the grammar but not all vocab can you give meanings for well actually I only know like 6 words of that nvm lol
pfft i dont get it either!!! whats it mean?
So... what does this actually translate to? I read the comments but i still don't get it, does it actually mean anything? Or am i just dim?
You're just dim. The comments already explained.
If you read the comments, you'd know it means nothing. It's Latin gibberish with no true meaning.
... Still not getting it.
SPEAK FUCKING ENGLISH
Haha, moron.
haha yeah that doesnt make any sense i wish that people wouldnt post stupid things.
lmao
Lol...
Pwned them lol.
