+424 Come on ladies, it's a true statement that women are more nurturing than men. This is why we bare the child. Doesn't mean we can't have real jobs or that we have to clean all the time, but we are better at "making sandwiches" and taking care of the family. amirite?

No wayyyy. I'm a woman and I know I don't want kids because I'd be a terrible parent, while I know plenty of men who'll make terrific dads! So in that case they're far better 'at "making sandwiches" and taking care of the family'

I guess what you're trying to say is simply that evolution has made women a bit better at keeping a family running. And it's kinda true, like how women wake up to high pitch sounds cuz it's like a baby's cry.

i don't think women want to make children naked at all... o wait, did this poster mean "bear children"?? BTW just because I have a uterus does not mean I can cook.

Lol, it's true, cause of our natural instinct. :3

Obviously not all women can cook... have u watched everybody loves raymond? Dispells that theory

Right thou you may be, you realize that's a fictional TV-show right? It's not exactly proof of the concept.

ya... but its entertaining :)

tbh, my dad's better than making sandwiches than my mum :)

speak for yourself. I'm horrid at cooking, I'm grossly irritated at the sound of any child, and routinely want to punt the helpless out a window. I'm female. next?

As a man, I disagree with this. I can cook (more than sandwiches) far better than most women I know. In fact, I prefer to do all the cooking, and I do. And I have to go start dinner right now actually.

Since when does making a sandwich count as cooking?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Bear, not bare, you dumbfuck

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh God. Here we go. Women are (usually) more nurturing. In most relationships, the more nurturing parent (which is usually the female) will cook dinner. Sure. But that does not give the man the right to say, "What are you doing out of the kitchen?" or "Get in the kitchen and make me a sandwich." If they say this, they need to get off their sexist asses and work ALL DAY to provide for the family and pay ALL the bills because back then that was what they did. Not sit on their asses and drink beer.
