Snape is most likely a virgin, Lilly Potter was the only girl he ever loved...and she died. Voldemort on the other hand, probably got some when he was still Tom Riddle because he was quite handsome and knew how to manipulate people to get what he wanted.

No I think Snape died a virgin. If he is willing to sacrifice his life, for the son - who he hates- the love of his life had, with another man, then I don't think he would go sleep with some random wich.
