I've had this before haha, i much rather prefer it to a waiter who doesnt top it up at all :/

It's only irritating if they then charge you for a refill

If only that were a luxury in other places than America... Like france... But I have that love/hate thing with that: I love the service of it, I hate that it looks like I waste water or whatever when the refill it at the end of the meal, when I'm not thirsty! :)
