+757 You hate movie talkers, even though we've all been one at least once. amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It depends if they're commenting on the movie I can't be mad b/c I'd be a total hypocrite, but if they're just talking about something random I want to slap them

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I, personally, will admit to doing both.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

'@195675 (mlpanda13): hahaha well then I'd talk to you about the movie and then kick you out of the room when you started talking about something else, jk you just made my day

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's my pleasure! Lord knows I ruin enough people's in the theater's... and sometime's at my house. Me and my mom are movie talkers, my dad and sister can shush very loudly!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

ha I know the feeling none of my friends ever want to sit next to me at the movies! I can't help it though, i have to keep a commentary going :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If someone says something funny in a movie, I will repeat it throughout the duration of the movie. Then, I remember it and repeat it throughout my school day. Thank God it's summer!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

( mlpanda13): exactly! Why don't people understand that, oh and by the way I hate you because thanks to a very snowy winter I still have two weeks of school left

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If it's funny enough, I'll spice up conversation with the obscure references years after the movie came out. And by the way, hahahahaha my school's better. No, it's not actually... too many druggies for my taste. But really, there's gotta be a nearby school around you in session for longer. Somewhere...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

actually I think we are the last ones... F me right? The only good thing is that we start later in the year too. There are druggies everywhere though for some unknown reason people seem to enjoy killing their braincells.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No, I mean our high school is known for it and the middle school 7th graders got busted just this year. Drug dogs go to the high school every other week!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

wow. 7th graders? seriously? what is wrong with the world..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You gotta wonder though, who in the hell gave the 7th graders the drugs?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

seriously, i mean thats just messed up... its bad enough that its so common in high school, but 7th grade, how can you give someone drugs at that age? geesh, drug dealers are gonna start popping up in elementary schools soon.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Honestly, that's bad parenting, too. If the parent's aren't going to pay enough attention to the kid to see they're stoned, something's wrong.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

wait i just realized, you made this post and youre a movie talker? whats that about?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It drives me up the wall when my mom or a random person in a movie theater won't shut up during a movie, but I'll admit to finding myself doing it occasionally.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ahhh gotcha... and I totally agree with you because if you just look at them you can see. It's really not that hard. some parents are just too busy these days that they either don't notice, or they just pretend not to notice.. To tell you the truth I don't even know which is worse

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe the kids were so fed up with the lack of good attention from their parents, they settled for the bad. They got caught, and you can imagine their parents had to do SOMETHING! If not, then it's even worse...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I wonder if parents even realize how much they screw up their kids lives when they just don't pay attention.. I know some parents can be a bit overprotective, but at least you know they care

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'd take the overprotective parent to the one's that don't care anymore. They should take care of their kid, or learn about birth control so they don't screw up their child.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

so true, if you're not gonna take care of your kid either don't have it in the first place or put them up for adoption so someone who wants them can take care of them!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Honestly, you wanna smack those children upside the head for being morons, and then go give a good beat down to the stupid people raising the morons!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ill go with you we can smack them together! You really do crack me up you made my night like 500x better

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's what I do... that, and beat up lazy parents... XD

by Anonymous 13 years ago

and the drug dealers, you cant forget to beat up the people who supplied the drugs in the first place

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe it was an older sibling. Then, we beat up the stupid parents twice as hard!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

haha if it was an older sibling then they must really hate their younger sibling to screw up their life so young,

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe it was their drugs and the sibling stole them. Or maybe they were so stoned they had no idea what they were doing. A swift kick to the groin should set them straight!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i have always found the groin kick to be very effective in getting a point across, but even so, an older sibling that still lives in the same house shouldn't be doing drugs either so again the fault lies with the parents. someone should call dyfs on them!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

They would, but they're the drug supplier, and if they get in trouble, a lot of high school and 7th grade kids get mad.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

well i think id rather have mad drug free kids than happy stoned kids, cause maybe they'll eventually realize that theyre better off without the drugs

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think they would be better off, too, but when they tried to make alcohol illegal a few years back, people didn't listen. They found other ways of getting the now illegal substance. It's impossible to change the human condition, but it all starts with how they were raised. If they were raised better, maybe they never would have started doing the drugs.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i totally agree, and as for the banning alcohol thing, that was just dumb b/c there is nothing wrong with an adult having a glass of wine, or a beer at dinner, moderation is the key.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

ugh i keep making new comments instead of replying!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No problem! I think the law was silly and a bit of an overreaction, too. At the time though, drinking had become such an issue for the nation as a whole, they felt it necessary. In my opinion, they should have tried rationing it. It worked during war time, so why not try to limit harmful substance usage with the same principal?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

exactly, banning it makes people want it more, the whole forbidden fruit thing, and banning alcohol is the reason most major crime rings were formed, they supplied the people with the alcohol, so in the end that totally backfired

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It did. People kept on doing it, only worse consequences, because now, they're hurting their body while they're in prison.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yup. haha its kind of funny how this post is about talking during movies, something relatively funny, and our conversation is about the problems with society, something depressing.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Sunshine, rainbows, butterflies, unicorns... death, grief, murder, sorrow O.o Something's up here...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This post has more comments than votes, what the fuck.
