I routine panic attacks and they hurt like hell. I'm 14 and ive been having them since I was 2. I have permanent bags under my eyes from lack of sleep. I hate them and I agree with OP that they are pretty bad. But the Holocaust and abortion are worse like people already said

It's kinda hard when they think youre faking though, and you cant breathe at all, you can feel heart shrivel up in your throat.

When you get hit by a parents, it usually doesnt last that long unless the really hurt you like broke a bone, bruised you really badly, ect. but Panic attacks leaves the feeling there for hours.

aww.. my first panic attack was when i was in the restroom after a shower, and i couldnt breathe, and i collapsed on the floor, gasping like a fish ._.
