Actually...there's speculation that Jesus was in fact NOT born on December 25th...or in December at all. There is some questionable evidence that points to his time of birth being more so in October. And honestly, what holiday nowadays actually holds any historical sentimental value to it anymore anyway? Christmas hasn't been about Jesus for a really long time unless you are strongly religious or stick to the basics. There are wayyy more bands out there who have made crude songs about Christmas as well...take Blink 182 for example...but nobody whines about that because it isn't a song 100% about sex. Just sayin'

It's far more likely that the actually date for Christmas was based off ancient Pagan religions, in which the Goddess gave birth to the God at the height of her pregnancy, or the winter solstice.

It's not any worse than the fact that Christmas is supposed to be a celebration that the Savior of the world was born but we spend all of our time worrying about buying/getting gifts, eating sweets, attending festive parties, and lying to children telling them there's an old white man who breaks into your house to disperse presents that we will forget about in a couple weeks.
