+412 We all hope that someday we will be able to sit down with our children (or grandchildren) and say, "When I was your age, we had this thing called racism. It's when people judged other people based on the color of their skin, or where they were born," To which our children will reply, "Don't be silly mommy/daddy, why would anyone do that?", amirite?

That would be nice except races have and will still have a club, or organization that makes them stand out and say that they are minorities and demand special treatment aside from everyone else. When a race keeps saying "they are the first 'insert your race here' to step on the moon", or become president, etc., etc. That is no way to be equal.

there is always a way to be equal, people just refuse to do it. As soon as we as man-kind realize how stupid and broken we are, then this WILL be acheivable.

It's a nice thought.
