+680 It's weird to think about what the world might be like today if Adam and Eve hadn't eaten that damn forbidden fruit. Amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's also weird to think about how some people just assume that everyone else beleives the same fairy tales that they do.

Damn, I called it! One negative vote, one comment, one atheist troll! Brb, getting cookie for self

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Same anonymous here. You wouldn't have written that if I was Muslim.

I'm atheist as well, and just because I don't believe the same "fairy tales" as the OP doesn't mean I can't appreciate the post. I've heard the story, don't believe it in the slightest, but it doesn't hurt to think about it anyways. Sometimes pondering just for the sake of pondering is interesting and fulfilling.

completely agree.

See? Some people can be open-minded aka not overly defensive/insecure of their atheist status thinking that missing any opportunity to bash their religion is going to damage your atheism. Geez. Thank-you kodabear911

*believe I BEFORE E EXCEPT AFTER C

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Two negative votes, two comments, two atheists! :D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Someone would have eaten it eventually.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Too bad they didn't have a sassy gay friend.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well, it would still only be just them in the garden, wouldn't it? Because the apple was on the tree of knowledge, and through that they learned about how they were nude and all, and for that God kicked them out and was all like, "wtf, guys? You can't stay here and live forever anymore! Go be mortal and make babies!" So they'd still probably be the only humans around.

i wonder this question too?, it makes me wonder.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

God already knew they were going to eat it, which makes me question his motives.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

As a catholic I can tell you that is a fairy tale meant to teach morals.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

wouldn't there be nothing? its been a while since I browsed genesis but didint he only send them there after they first created sin? I have no idea. ._. and dear fellow athiests: stop being assholes, you give us a bad name.
