Those types of people don't seem to know what humility is. If I get a good grade, I smile to myself and put it in a folder, and only say my grade if someone asks.

I'll admit to cheering if I get back a good grade on something I was fearful of failing, but some people are out of control. I had several classes with one girl who would not stop bringing up her grade (an extra credit 4.5) to anyone who would listen. People like that just make me weary.
