It shouldn't matter. They should do it because they like teaching, not because of money.

It kinda does thought because in the states where they are taking away collective bargaining a teacher makes almost the same amount as a waitress which isn't really enough to live on. I'm not saying they have to be rich but if you go to school for that long to become a teacher you should have enough to feed your family.

Nah, they get 3 months off in the summer plus all those weeks of break.
